Mr. Herbold is a skilled litigator and has managed numerous trust contests, breaches of trust, fiduciary appointments, creditor claims, elder financial abuse and undue influence cases.

Mr. Herbold is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and in all California State Courts. He is a past president of the Trust & Estate Section of the Orange County Bar Association. Also, Mr. Herbold is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law (The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization).

Education

Mr. Herbold received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science) from California State University, Chico, California.

Hobbies

In his free time, Mr. Herbold pursues an athletic lifestyle, whether he's spiking the ball in beach volleyball, trekking along California’s beautiful trails, or playing fast-paced racquetball matches. Mr. Herbold is an advocate of holistic well-being and mindfulness.
